Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Rajeshwari Enterprises for your power tools and hand tools needs. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase, and this policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products.

Return Requirements: Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging; all accessories, manuals, and parts included; for defects or shipping damage, contact us with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Return Process: Contact us at rajeshwari.ents@gmail.com or +91 7710444544 for a Return Authorization (RA) number → pack securely with the RA number on the package → ship to Rajeshwari Enterprises, SCO 58, Mohali City Centre, Block F, Aerocity, Mohali, Punjab 140306. Items sent without an RA number will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Cancellations: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order; after that the order may already be processed and shipped, in which case the return process applies.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Since we accept prepaid orders only, all refunds go back to your original payment method — no store credit or cash refunds.
